The villa

The manor house on two levels, made in early times using lava rock and malta bastarda with coverage beams and planking a wood, was completely in 2005, the subject of extensive internal and external restoration, in compliance with the regulations and sanitation systems, while keeping intact the original appearance.

The bed & breakfast Villa Claudia also uses various appendices:
A. N. 6 dependance with separate entrance (wooden chalets) consisting of bedroom, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator and outdoor relaxation.
     B.Palmento used as living area with wood oven, with wine cellar master, conversation and reading corners.

C.External striking spaces for the presence of trees, fruit trees, ornamental trees, roses, brooms, and so on, with seats avenues vintage, a large lawn area, solarium, garden productive forest of oak and covered area for parking cars.
